Privacy Policy

How Strictly handles information and choices.

Effective September 13, 2026. This policy covers StrictlyVision, StrictlyFuel, StrictlyBased, strictlyinc.com, and related Strictly services.

  • 1. Information we collect
    • Account information: email address, authentication provider identifier, optional profile details, and gym access role.
    • StrictlyVision workout information: equipment taps, gym and station identifiers, exercise selections, weights, repetitions, equipment settings, notes, workout times, and progress history.
    • Guest profiles: StrictlyVision can create an anonymous account identifier. Guest workout data is saved on the device and may sync under that anonymous identifier so it can be restored during the guest session.
    • Apple Health data: only after you choose Continue and approve Apple’s permission request, StrictlyVision may read workout records, heart rate, and active energy. It may write completed strength workouts and their duration to Apple Health. Aggregate values such as average heart rate, maximum heart rate, and active calories may be stored with your StrictlyVision workout history for syncing.
    • Health Connect data (Android): only after you choose Continue in Profile and approve Android’s Health Connect permission request, StrictlyVision may read heart rate, active calories burned, and exercise sessions recorded during a StrictlyVision workout, and may write a completed strength training session. This data is used only to show heart rate and calorie summaries on your workouts and in your workout history.
    • Location: if you tap Use my location, StrictlyVision accesses location while the app is open to sort partner gyms by distance. The app does not request background location.
    • Images and videos: StrictlyBased may process product images you choose to scan. Approved gym owners may upload exercise demonstration videos for their equipment.
    • Service data: IP address, device and operating-system details, request logs, crash information, and security events needed to operate and protect the services.
  • 2. How we use information
    • Provide NFC equipment pages, workout logging, progress history, gym tools, fuel recommendations, and product analysis.
    • Authenticate accounts, synchronize data, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and provide support.
    • Improve reliability and product features using operational information. Apple Health and Health Connect data are not used for advertising, marketing, or data mining.
  • 3. How information is shared

    We do not sell personal information and we do not use personal information for cross-app tracking. Information is shared only as needed with:

    • Infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication and data storage and Cloudflare for website and API delivery.
    • Services you choose to connect, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, or Strava. A connected service receives only the information needed for the feature you requested.
    • Authentication providers, such as Apple or Google, when you choose their sign-in option.
    • Your gym, for aggregated equipment-use analytics. Gym operators do not receive a member’s private workout history unless the member explicitly shares it.
    • Legal or safety recipients when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

    Apple Health data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or provided to gyms for advertising or member profiling.

    Health Connect data is never sold, used for advertising, shared with gyms or other third parties, or used to determine credit, insurance, or employment eligibility. StrictlyVision’s use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • 4. Storage and retention

    Account and workout information is retained while the account remains active so history can be displayed and synchronized. Guest information remains until the guest profile is deleted, the app’s local data is cleared, or the anonymous account is removed. When an account is deleted in the app, associated active records are deleted unless retention is required by law. Residual encrypted backups age out according to our infrastructure providers’ backup schedules and are not used to operate the deleted account.

  • 5. Your choices and controls
    • Use without a permanent account: StrictlyVision supports guest training. Account creation is optional for members.
    • Delete: use Profile → Delete account or Delete guest data inside StrictlyVision. This removes the account and associated StrictlyVision cloud history. You may also email getstrictly@gmail.com for help.
    • Export: signed-in StrictlyVision members can export their workout information from Profile.
    • Apple Health: turn future StrictlyVision health syncing off in Profile. System-level access can also be changed in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
    • Health Connect: turn future StrictlyVision health syncing off in Profile. Access can also be changed or revoked at any time in Android Settings → Health Connect.
    • Location: decline the system request and browse gyms manually, or change access later in iOS Settings.
    • Strava: disconnect inside StrictlyVision to stop future uploads.
  • 6. Security

    We use encrypted network connections, access controls, row-level data permissions, restricted administrative tools, and service monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we continually review and improve these safeguards.

  • 7. Children

    Strictly services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

  • 8. International processing

    Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Strictly and its service providers operate. Applicable safeguards are used when information is transferred across borders.

  • 9. Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate product or website notice.
