Effective September 13, 2026. These terms cover StrictlyVision, StrictlyFuel, StrictlyBased, Strictly NFC tags, and Strictly websites.

1. Accepting these terms
By using a Strictly product or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location. A parent or guardian must supervise use by anyone who cannot enter this agreement independently.

2. What Strictly provides
Strictly products help people understand products and plan, record, and review fitness activity. StrictlyVision may connect a physical exercise station to instructions, demonstrations, workout logging, and personal history through NFC or QR codes. Features may differ by product, device, gym, and region.

3. Accounts and guest use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Some member features may be used as a guest. Guest data can be limited to the device and may be lost if the app is removed, storage is cleared, or the device is replaced. You may request account deletion inside the applicable app or through Support.

4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing material, misrepresent your identity, scrape protected content, or use Strictly to harm another person. Gym-owner tools may be used only for gyms and content you are authorized to manage.

5. Fitness and nutrition information
Strictly provides general educational and organizational information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized clinical guidance. Exercise carries risk. Use appropriate equipment and supervision, follow facility rules and manufacturer instructions, stop if you feel pain or unwell, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. Demonstrations and estimates may not fit every person or machine.

6. Health and connected services
Apple Health, Strava, maps, sign-in providers, and other connected services are optional and governed by their own terms. You control their permissions through the relevant product or device settings. Strictly is not responsible for third-party availability or the accuracy of third-party data.

7. Content and ownership
Strictly and its licensors retain rights in the apps, sites, designs, software, and supplied content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the services as intended. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Strictly permission to host, process, display, and adapt it only as needed to provide and improve the service. You must have the rights required to upload that content.

8. Paid services
If a Strictly product offers a paid subscription or purchase, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by the applicable store terms and are managed through that store. Unless required by law, refunds follow the store or payment provider’s policy.

9. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the services accurate, secure, and available, but provide them on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, compatibility with every tag or machine, or preservation of every guest record. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably required.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strictly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address security threats, or respond to a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes
We may update these terms as our products or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
