A company built with curiosity, care, and patience.

I’ve been drawn to health and wellness for as long as I can remember. In college, a few friends and I started building this idea in the margins of our lives. We launched StrictlyBased in 2024, then life got busy and the idea went quiet for a while.

During college, I was also learning how to take better care of my own health. I changed the way I trained, ate, and paid attention to the things I was putting into my body. I learned a lot, and I’m still learning every day. I’m not an expert with all the answers, just someone who cares deeply enough to keep asking better questions.

That feeling never left. I kept thinking about how much is hidden in the things we eat, put on our skin, bring into our homes, and use while training. There is plenty of information out there, but not always enough context to help an everyday person understand what matters or what tradeoff they are actually making.

So I came back to Strictly with the same belief that started it: people deserve useful information, not a lecture. Strictly is growing into a company that builds thoughtful tools for better health, better training, and more informed everyday decisions.

I like to stay active, keep learning, and try new skills and hobbies whenever I can. I’m building Strictly slowly, seriously, and with a lot of heart. If you’re here, thank you for rooting for it.
